To keep scaling our clients and internal systems, we’re looking for a Data Scientist who knows marketing data inside-out and can turn complex numbers into decisions that drive growth. If you live in BigQuery, breathe SQL, and can explain an attribution model to a CMO without losing them—you might be exactly who we need.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit marketing team, meaning you’ll join conversations and decisions on design, strategy, e-commerce, development, and media buying—not just data.
What you'll be doing
- Build and explain attribution models (last click, linear, data-driven, custom)
- Set up dashboards in tools like Looker Studio / Metabase / Power BI / custom tools
- Work closely with marketers to help them make smarter decisions faster
- Analyze ad data, organic traffic, email flows, customer journeys, cohort retention, LTV, ROAS, CAC...
- Support in building scalable, reusable models for decision-making
- Write clean, documented queries (BigQuery) and code (Python or R) to support analysis
- Help clients and team members understand what the data means, not just what it says
Who we are looking for
4+ years experience in data science, growth, or marketing analyticsFluent in SQL / BigQuery, strong in Python or RExperience building dashboards that are used (not ignored)You understand marketing data deeply: attribution, campaign tracking, funnel metrics, etc.Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholdersComfortable working in fast-paced, messy environments where speed and clarity matterA builder's mindset: you don’t just analyze, you create tools others can use(Bonus) Background in performance marketing or product analyticsWhat your path looks like

Month 3: You’re the go-to for anything involving marketing data. Clients trust you to translate numbers into action.
Month 6: You’ve helped automate our decision-making systems and improved the way we forecast, report, and steer campaigns.
Month 12: You’ve built reusable tooling, helped win major client pitches, and contributed to performance growth across multiple accounts.
